At the CNI Membership Meeting in December 2014, Jerome McDonough of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign explored
whether libraries, archives and museums are designed in a way which facilitates long-term access to cultural heritage materials. He used kaiseki cuisine as a backdrop for his talk, with I found quite interesting. The video is 36 minutes in length.
